Crossgate Partners completes construction of The Lofts at Woodside Mill in Greenville, SC
GREENVILLE – January 10, 2022 – Atlanta-based private real estate investment and development firm Crossgate Partners, in collaboration with BetschAssociates, Caldwell Constructors, and Kelsey Cameron Interiors has completed the redevelopment and historic preservation of Greenville’s Historic Woodside Cotton Mill. The iconic building with history dating back to 1902 has re-opened its doors as a 307-unit luxury apartment complex named The Lofts at Woodside Mill.
The nearly 500,000 square foot Mill now features a top-of-the-line clubhouse and entertainment kitchen, co-working space with private offices, conference rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, yoga and boxing studio, pet spa, and management offices.
The interior design by Kelsey Cameron Interiors has brought a modern flair to the industrial space, while preserving the building’s historical character. Various works by local artists are featured throughout, including paintings by Eva MaGill Oliver, Jeffrey Leder, and Jessica Field, as well as murals by Sunny Mullarkey and Julu.
Outside, residents can enjoy the resort-style pool and pavilion, grilling and entertainment area, onsite pet park, and local restaurant, Woodside Bistro. Currently underway are plans to redevelop ancillary buildings on the property into a Brew Pub and Retail spaces.

Just minutes from downtown, the Lofts at Woodside Mill proudly calls The Village of West Greenville home, an up-and-coming area known for its hip, evolving art scene and bevvy of local hotspots like Costal Crust, Growler Haus, The Anchorage, and the gorgeous Swamp Rabbit Trail.
The project completed construction in November 2021 and has had quite the buzz among Greenville’s community. In less than 9 months since delivering its first units, The Lofts at Woodside Mill is more than 94% pre-leased.
