270 Scientific Drive is a single level, multi-tenant commercial office building located in major business center Technology Park of Norcross, GA. Technology Park contains over 500 acres and employs over 7,000 people in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Upon acquisition of the property, Crossgate Partners executed several major exterior improvements and renovated the interior office spaces. Exterior improvements included pressure washing and painting, security camera installation and landscaping updates.
