The site has rolling hills and is heavily wooded with hard pines. The project consists of 44% one (1) bedroom units, 48% two (2) bedroom units and 8% three (3) bedroom units. The average unit size is 954 rentable square feet and the 15 unique building gated community features a clubhouse with pool, a playground, detached garages for storage and a car wash area. As joint venture partner and asset manager Crossgate has over seen the start and completion of construction come in under budget in a 12 month period.The project is currently 92% leased.
